2. Eligibility for Replacement / Return

A return or replacement request is eligible if:

• The product received has any hardware functional defect or fails any diagnostic subsystem.
• The item received is physically damaged during transit (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).
• The delivered product specifications differ from what was ordered on our store.

3. Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all supplied chargers, power cables, accessories, and warranty documentation. The warranty void tamper seal must remain intact.

4. Return & Refund Process

1. Initiate a request via our Contact Support page or email shubhamitcreation@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos/videos of the issue.
2. Our technical team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address via our logistics partners at no extra cost to you.
3. Upon receipt and inspection at our facility, a replacement unit is dispatched within 48 hours, or a full refund is initiated to your original payment method (processed within 3 to 5 business days).
