Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may cancel any order free of charge at any time prior to shipment dispatch. To cancel, please contact our helpline at +91 99243 78304 or email shubhamitcreation@gmail.com with your Order ID.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner and a tracking number has been generated, shipment cannot be cancelled in transit. However, you may refuse the package upon delivery or utilize our 7-Day Return Policy once the item arrives.
3. Cancellation by Shubham Creations
In rare situations where an item fails our rigorous pre-dispatch testing and an equivalent Grade-A unit is unavailable, Shubham Creations reserves the right to cancel the order. In such events, the customer will be notified immediately and an instant 100% refund will be issued.
