By accessing or purchasing from Shubham Creations (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All commercial transactions are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
2. Product Condition & Certification
Products listed as “Certified Refurbished” have been rigorously sanitized, tested, and restored to full manufacturer operating specifications. While cosmetic surfaces may exhibit minor signs of previous corporate handling, every device is functionally Grade A+ and backed by our warranty.
3. Pricing & Billing
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct any typographical pricing errors prior to order dispatch.
4. Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise stated, refurbished laptops carry a 1-Year Store Warranty covering motherboard, CPU, RAM, display panel, and primary electronics. Battery performance is guaranteed at 85%+ capacity for 3 months from delivery. Warranty does not cover accidental liquid damage, physical breakage, or unauthorized third-party tampering.
